Tai Chi is a series of slow, controlled movements or postures.

Regular practice promotes and improves:

  • Health and wellbeing
  • Balance and mobility
  • Coordination
  • Flexibility
  • Concentration
  • Relaxation
  • Strength and posture

Our Tai Chi program is run on a term by term basis by trained Allied Health Assistants.
